Anyone can use this form. You do not need a Miximodel account, and you do not need to be involved in the content you are reporting. If you are depicted in something published here and want it taken down, this is also the right place.
We review and resolve reports within 5 business days of receiving them, and we write to you with the outcome. Read the moderation policy for what we do with a report.
What we do with what you send
MakerLabs SARL (Miximodel) is the data controller. We use what you send to handle your report, to answer you, and to be able to show a regulator that we handled it — nothing else. We never use it for marketing, and we do not sell it.
We record what you tell us, along with your name and email address if you gave them, and — when you use the form — your IP address and browser user-agent, which we keep as evidence of when the report reached us and to stop abuse of that form. Our lawful basis is our legal obligation to operate a reporting channel and act on notices, and our legitimate interest in being able to prove we did.
We keep the record for 5 years after your report is closed — the French limitation period — and then we erase your email address, your name, your IP address and your user-agent, keeping only the anonymous facts of the case.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or erase it, and you can complain to the CNIL. Our privacy policy says how, and covers all of this in full.
