- Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, the price difference will be prorated. If you downgrade, the remaining credit will be applied to future invoices.
- Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes! Every new account gets a 14-day Pro trial so you can experience all the premium features before committing.
- How does the Agency plan work?
The Agency plan lets you manage up to 10 talent profiles under a single dashboard. You can add, remove, and organize your roster, track analytics per talent, and present a unified agency brand. Need more than 10 talents? Contact us for a custom plan.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. For Agency plans, we also offer invoice-based billing.
- Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and continue using your plan until the end of the billing period.
- Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, annual billing gives you 2 months free compared to monthly billing. You save 20% by paying annually.
