- Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Paid members change plan from their billing settings, and the price difference is prorated on the next invoice.
- Is there a free trial?
There is no time-limited trial. The Free plan has no end date and includes a monthly AI credit allowance, a portfolio and the booking calendar, so you can try Miximodel before choosing Silver or Gold.
- Do you have plans for agencies and companies?
The Manager and Agency plans, for running several talent profiles from one dashboard, are not available yet. Contact us and we will let you know when they open.
- What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout shows the payment methods available in your country, including major credit and debit cards.
- Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and continue using your plan until the end of the billing period.
- Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, annual billing gives you 2 months free compared to monthly billing. You save 20% by paying annually.
