1. Our Refund Philosophy
At Miximodel, we believe in a customer-first approach. We want every subscriber to feel confident that their money is well spent. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, we will work with you to make it right.
We have designed our refund process to be as simple and hassle-free as possible. You should never need to fight for a refund.
2. 14-Day Unconditional Refund
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, without giving any reason. This is your legal right, and we honor it fully.
If you request a refund within 14 days of subscribing, we will process it unconditionally — no questions asked.
3. Refunds Beyond 14 Days
Even after the 14-day period, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We understand that circumstances change, and we want to be fair. If you have a genuine reason for requesting a refund, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at support@miximodel.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. Our support team typically responds within 48 hours.
You do not need to provide a detailed justification for your request.
5. Miximodel Initiates Refunds on Your Behalf
When your refund is approved, Miximodel handles the entire refund process with the payment processor on your behalf. You do not need to contact CCBill, SegPay, or any other payment provider directly. We will initiate the refund for you and confirm when it has been processed.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card provider.
The refund will appear on your bank statement from the same entity as the original charge (MIXIMODEL.COM).
7. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings in your Miximodel account. Cancellation is self-service and takes effect immediately — no need to contact support.
Steps to cancel:
- Log in to your Miximodel account.
- Go to Settings and then Billing.
- Click "Cancel Subscription".
- Confirm your cancellation.
8. What Happens After Cancellation
After you cancel, you will continue to have access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you are on a monthly plan and cancel on day 15, you will retain access until the end of that month.
After your access period ends, your account will revert to the free plan. Your profile, portfolio, and data will be preserved — you can resubscribe at any time to restore paid features.
We do not issue retroactive refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
9. Chargebacks Are Unnecessary
We make refunds easy so that you never need to file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks are costly for both parties and take much longer to resolve than a direct refund.
